This strategic initiative aims to connect regional and local business units, deploy accelerator programs, and develop innovative projects that drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, experience in startup support programs, and the ability to engage stakeholders in complex environments. They should also be proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with fluency being essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relevant projects, scouting new partners, and engaging business owners
  • Run accelerators, connect stakeholders, and deliver complex tasks
  • Participate in a global network of hubs to scale successful solutions globally

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in driving startup support programs and engaging stakeholders in complex environments
  • Project management expertise and deployment of new products or units across different geographies
  • Innovation track record working on or driving disruptive projects from idea to launch
