As a strategic leader in procurement, you will develop and execute global category strategies to drive innovation, cost savings, and risk mitigation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value across the organization and support enhancement of the procurement function's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure category planning and execution to align with key priorities for category related spend across all geographies and business units.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Negotiate and implement global contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage supplier performance to improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
  • Oversee regular supplier reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex supplier relationships across multiple regions.
  • Strong knowledge of Capital and/or equipment sourcing, with experience in parts and services a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and driving cost savings.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive procurement strategies.
