Job Description:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet increasing talent demands.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing approaches.
- Collaborate with business leaders as a strategic partner to offer deep industry expertise and educate on best-in-class recruitment practices.
- Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and career growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure team performance and drive process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to anticipate future talent needs and develop long-term talent acquisition strategies.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of recruiters dedicated to hiring top talent for our Worldwide Business Units in Brazil. This role will work closely with global partners to shape the country's talent acquisition strategy.
This is a critical leadership position requiring a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, experience in managing managers, and proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment metrics.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, building diverse talent pipelines, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term talent acquisition strategies and work closely with global partners to shape the country's talent acquisition strategy.
