Job Title: Strategic Procurement Leader

As a key member of our organization, you will lead the development of strategies to establish a world-class procurement organization and supply base that enables us to create a competitive advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the development of category strategies to drive alignment between business and category goals.
  • Deliver financial, innovation, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) targets.
  • Steward financial policy and responsible supplier and procurement standards.
  • Leverage and maximize fit-for-purpose procurement process solutions.
  • Engage with executive leadership in key supplier relationships.
  • Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required, an MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in procurement or a related discipline is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the industry is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and deployment of best practices in ESG strategies are required.
  • Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are required.
