This is a dynamic role that requires collaboration with various stakeholders, negotiation with suppliers, and adherence to organizational procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring alignment of business goals with procurement activities.\
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.\
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to terms and conditions, maintaining strong relationships with partners.\
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery and continuous improvement.\
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, driving business growth through strategic decision-making.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services, fostering a culture of open communication.\
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.\
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data, facilitating informed business decisions.\
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management, providing actionable insights to drive business success.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in procurement principles.\
  • At least 6 years of experience in procurement, with previous experience in comparable logistic projects in the KSA or Middle East region, showcasing expertise in navigating complex global markets.\
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and relevant laws and regulations, with strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills, enabling effective partnership development.\
  • In-depth knowledge of international logistics best practices and supply chain management, ensuring a seamless flow of goods and services.\
