Job Title: Strategic Leader in Procurement

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in strategic procurement? Do you have a proven track record of delivering cost savings and process efficiencies? We are seeking an experienced leader to head our procurement function and drive business growth through strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote seamless integration between teams to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Prepare the organization for future sourcing challenges by collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with suppliers.
  • Challenging traditional negotiation models to achieve cost savings through process efficiencies.
  • Ensure all team members are aware of mandatory SOPs, including GxP requirements, and maintain compliance.
  • Act in accordance with local pharmaceutical standards, ethics, and laws, ensuring direct reports adhere to these guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in purchasing, preferably in pharma industries, with a focus on direct, indirect, and common spend categories.
  • Strong leadership experience, including people management and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
