Compliance Professional - Consultor (Analista Pleno)

Perfil Profissional:

Responsável pela implementação e monitoramento de processos relacionados à conformidade regulatória e boas práticas de governança corporativa, bem como na mitigação de riscos, garantindo que a empresa atenda às normas internas e externas aplicáveis ao setor.

Principais atividades:

- Apoiar na implementação e atualização de políticas e procedimentos de Compliance;

- Apoiar nas atividades inerentes de certificações, como ISO 37001 e selo Proetica;

- Auxiliar na análise de riscos e controles internos, sugerindo melhorias para mitigação;

- Monitorar legislações e normativas aplicáveis ao setor e auxiliar na adequação dos processos internos;

- Acompanhar o monitoramento da aplicação do Código de Conduta e Ética;

- Analisar atualizações normativas externas e quadro normativo interno;

Conhecimentos, Experiências e Formação:

- Experiencia prévia em Compliance, Auditoria, Controles Internos, Risco ou áreas correlatas;

- Experiência em alguma área de Governança (Compliance, Riscos, Governança, Regulatório, dentre outras);

- Experiência em empresas de grande porte, multinacionais ou consultoria;

- Desejável conhecimento sobre legislação anticorrupção (Lei 12.846/2013, LGPD, normas da CVM, AI Act, ISO 37001, ISO 37001,COSO, SOx);

- Desejável conhecimento sobre Regulação de Tecnologia e Ética em IA;

- Desejável conhecimento em Metodologias Ágeis;

- Conhecimento e/ou experiencia com Certificações de Governança (ISO37001, Pro-ètica, Ethos, entre outros);

- Conhecimento em Pacote Office intermediário/avançado;

- Diferencial conhecimento em IA ética e inteligência artificial explicável (XAI);

- Graduação completa em Direito, Administração, Direito, áreas correlatas;

- Desejável Certificações como CPC-A (Compliance Officer Júnior), ISO 37301.
