Job Title: Regional Compliance Officer |

  • Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the designated compliance professional in accordance with local regulations.

• Oversee and administer the compliance program for Latin America.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing adherence of all applicable regulations.

• Conduct due diligences and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders.

• Ensure day-to-day compliance with periodic activities, such as internal audits, communication campaigns and trainings.

• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks specific to the Latin America business through effective controls and monitoring.

• Lead and oversee ethics investigations into ethics and integrity incidents, utilizing investigative techniques and data analysis to detect irregularities.

• Stay informed on regulatory developments in the Latin America region and assess impacts on compliance and business operations. Produce timely and accurate reports to Senior management, maintaining compliance with all obligations.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Law required.
  • • Prior experience at a multinational company and/or law firms.
  • • Specialization or Master's Degree in Compliance, Corporate Governance or related corporate areas is desirable.
  • • Compliance certification (CCEP, CPC-A) will be considered as a plus.
  • • Advanced English Skills.
  • • Advanced Spanish Skills.
  • • Experience and knowledge of handling compliance programs at corporate environment with desirable knowledge of the Latin America region.
  • • Sound judgment in selecting the best approach to resolve complex issues.
  • • Strong team orientation with excellent skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • • Ability to engage with all levels of management to achieve objectives.
  • • Outstanding organizational skills, delivering accurate work and meeting tight deadlines consistently.
  • • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
