The Accounting Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization. This role involves ensuring accurate and reliable financial reporting, implementing compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing expert technical analysis and advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Compliance: Implement and monitor compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Technical Analysis: Provide expert analysis and advice on financial matters, referring to regional and group finance as necessary.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely availability of documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Corporate Finance, HR, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices, excellent analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
