Are you ready to drive growth and innovation in a dynamic and supportive environment?If your answer is yes, this position is for you This opportunity is with one of our partners.Job Description:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.Lead and manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech industry.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the sales team.Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:At least 5 years of proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar leadership role within the fintech industry.Extensive experience in sales process management and the ability to streamline and optimize sales operations.Strong background in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills.In-depth knowledge of the fintech industry and its trends.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and innovative work environment.So, what are you waiting for?
