Tech Lead - AI/Machine Learning/GCP

Sobre a vaga

Buscamos um(a) Tech Lead de Machine Learning com forte atuação em Google Cloud Platform (GCP) para liderar a concepção e o desenvolvimento de soluções de IA Conversacional e contact centers inteligentes, utilizando tecnologias como CCAI/CCAS, Dialogflow CX/ES, AgentSpace, além de ferramentas complementares para orquestração e integração com APIs e serviços cognitivos.

Requisitos

Experiência comprovada em GCP, incluindo serviços como:

Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub

Domínio de Dialogflow CX e ES, com implementação de agentes complexos (fulfillment, intents, contexts, webhook).

Conhecimento em CCAS/CCAI (Contact Center AI Solutions) da Google.

Experiência com AgentSpace, incluindo orquestração e integração com CRMs e canais de atendimento.

Sólida base em Machine Learning (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) e MLOps.

Fluência em Python (preferencialmente também JavaScript ou Go para integrações).

Desejável

Experiência com Dataflow, Dataproc, ou Kubeflow.

Certificação GCP (ML Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect ou equivalente).

Experiência com CI/CD para ML (GitLab CI, Cloud Build, etc.).

Conhecimento em gestão de times ágeis e metodologias como Scrum ou Kanban.

Requisitos de Idioma

Inglês intermediário

Perfil de liderança técnica, com habilidade de mentorar e destravar o time.

Visão sistêmica e foco na experiência do usuário.

Boa comunicação com áreas técnicas e não técnicas.

Proatividade para lidar com problemas complexos e propor soluções inovadoras.
