Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI/ML solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects.
  • Drive rapid proof-of-concept development for AI initiatives.
  • Mentor your team and foster continuous learning.
  • Take ownership of ML projects with state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Research and design new solutions and complex architectures.
  • Proactively propose new tools, solutions, and methodologies.
  • Ensure project scalability and robustness.
  • Manage cross-team communication and planning.
  • Participate in team hiring.

If You Have:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong Python proficiency and familiarity with Machine Learning libraries.
  • Hands-on experience in applied ML projects.
  • Advanced experience in NLP and LLMs.
  • Practical knowledge of microservices and third-party AI API integration.
  • Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git).
  • Advanced English.
  • Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or Agile.
  • Required tools: Python, Docker, SQL, Git, AWS, OCI, Azure or GCP.

It's a Plus If You Have:

  • Experience with MLOps.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents.
  • Prior experience leading larger teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
