Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities


  • To support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop & printers
  • To set up and test desktop computer peripherals(New users)
  • To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
  • Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
  • Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
  • To own end-to-end activities whenever there is a new rollout of OS / Applications etc
  • To work on the pro-active tickets triggered the Workblaze tools until closure / escalate as appropriate
  • To assist the users setup their VPN / Citrix / Azure / VDI etc


Requirements:


  • Degree completed or in progress in IT;
  • Solid experience with Hardware and Software troubleshooting and Network basic support;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Advanced/fluent conversational English (mandatory);
  • Advanced/fluent conversational Spanish (mandatory);
