Are you passionate about turning insights and market intelligence into product strategies with global impact?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to partner with Mastercard, leading the development and scalability of a global research and intelligence platform.
Location: São Paulo (hybrid model, frequent collaboration with global teams – India, U. S., Europe, and APAC)
Duration: 10 months (starting December 2025)
Contract type: Independent contractor via CNPJ
Language: Advanced English (essential for daily operations)
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related fields.
Master's degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, Finance, or Technology Management) is a strong plus.
10+ years of experience in product and platform management, preferably within payments, fintech, banking, or large tech.
Proven experience in business case development and product P& L ownership (ROI, TCO, pricing, forecasting).
Strong background in coordinating squads and vendors, backlog management, prioritization, and enablement.
Excellent executive communication and data storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Jira/Confluence, and other collaboration platforms. Key responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate insights and market intelligence into actionable strategies, OKRs, and measurable roadmaps.
Financial Leadership: Develop and monitor business cases, forecasts, and investment recommendations.
Development Coordination: Lead cross-functional squads and external vendors to deliver platform enhancements and new features.
Program Orchestration: Ensure end-to-end execution, project governance, and timely delivery across global stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Align teams and third parties around scope, SLAs, and quality standards.
Insight-to-Decision Enablement: Convert research findings into user stories and experiments that drive learning and innovation.
Communication & Change Management: Create executive materials and drive global adoption of the platform. What we offer
