Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client un Ingénieur en Production Animale pour un contrat d'expatriation en Guinée.L'ingénieur en Production Animale sera le principal responsable de l'équipe de production avicole. Ce cadre veillera au bon fonctionnement de son département grâce aux indicateurs de performance.En concertation avec la direction générale, Il exercera sa responsabilité dans le recrutement, la gestion et la supervision des ouvriers avicoles, veillant à aligner leurs compétences avec les impératifs de la production avicole. Il sera mandaté pour accomplir diverses tâches et assumer des responsabilités déterminantes, tout en opérant dans les limites d'un cadre défini par une collaboration étroite et des validations périodiques avec la direction générale.L’ingénieur en production animale a également la charge et d’exécuter différentes tâches ou responsabilités mais sans s’y limiter :Gérer le quotidien des bandes de pondeuses et de poulets de chair ainsi que les bandes de reproducteurs.Développer et optimiser les formules d’alimentation à partir des matières premières disponibles.Superviser la santé, la nutrition, et le bien-être des volailles.Assurer la mise en œuvre des protocoles de biosécurité.Suivi des performances et ajustements des pratiques en fonction des résultats obtenus.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion sur le terrain pour garantir le respect des objectifs de productions et de qualité.Qualifications et CompétencesDiplôme: ingénieur en production animale, technique en zootechnie, aviculture ou domaine connexe.Expérience significative dans la gestion des parentaux et la formulation de provendes.Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décisions.Bonne communication en français.
