We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to support day-to-day operations for a busy property management team. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or leasing, and is comfortable managing both administrative tasks and tenant communications in a fast-paced environment. This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America. For Latin American candidates, please submit and English version of your CV. What You’ll Be Doing: Handle inbound tenant calls, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage mass email correspondence Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and property concerns Assist with new leasing leads, schedule property showings, screen applicants, and process rental applications Conduct credit checks, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all lease applicant documents are properly filed Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, and security services Investigate tenant complaints, lease violations, and disturbances to ensure lease compliance Collaborate with the property management team on advertising materials and marketing strategies What We’re Looking For: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management required Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software Ability to handle tenant concerns with professionalism and confidentiality Proficient in email management, lease documentation, and financial record-keeping Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines) Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer Technical Requirements: Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor) Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management CRM (highly preferred) Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive Compensation We offer a monthly salary starting at USD 800 - USD 1,100, with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
