Property Manager StaffRight Careers•São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo, BrazilDescrição da vagaJoin a team that values you.At StaffRight, we connect talented professionals with global opportunities—and we're growing fastWith competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off (including national holidays), and a supportive HR team always in your corner, you'll love building your career with us.We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to support day-to-day operations for a busy property management team.The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or leasing, and is comfortable managing both administrative tasks and tenant communications in a fast-paced environment.This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.For Latin American candidates, please submit an English version of your CV.What You'll Be DoingHandle inbound tenant calls, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage mass email correspondenceCommunicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, maintenance requests, and property concernsAssist with new leasing leads, schedule property showings, screen applicants, and process rental applicationsConduct credit checks, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all lease applicant documents are properly filedCoordinate with vendors for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, and security servicesInvestigate tenant complaints, lease violations, and disturbances to ensure lease complianceCollaborate with the property management team on advertising materials and marketing strategiesWhat We're Looking ForExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in U.S. residential and / or commercial property management requiredFamiliarity with AppFolio or similar property management softwareAbility to handle tenant concerns with professionalism and confidentialityProficient in email management, lease documentation, and financial record-keepingAvailable to work in U.S. time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical RequirementsComfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)Own laptop / desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outagesWhy You'll Love Working HereCompetitive CompensationWe offer a monthly salary starting at USD 800 - USD 1,100, with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.This is a full-time role requiring a 40-hour work week, and we make sure your expertise is valued and your contributions are fairly rewarded.Paid Time Off and Sick LeaveWe believe in work-life balance.Enjoy generous paid time off and sick leave policies, allowing you to recharge, travel, or rest when needed—all while knowing your role is secure.#J-*****-Ljbffr
