Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and benefits administration. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor legislation and maintaining accurate records in HR information systems. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR, working closely with the Country Director and other senior leaders to achieve business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual who is passionate about HR and committed to delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and benefits administration Labor legislation compliance Maintenance of accurate records in HR information systems HR support and guidance to employees Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Fluency in English, written and spoken Excellent knowledge of HR principles, rules, and procedures and Brazilian labor legislation Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Management of HR information systems (ORACLE and ADP preferred) Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written) Familiarity with recruiting on social networks High level of initiative and ability to work with little supervision Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for career development and growth.
