Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos estratégicos com os principais tomadores de decisão dos clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades e buscando soluções personalizadas.
  • Liderar e gerenciar a equipe de B&S, fornecendo orientação, apoio e motivação para atingir metas individuais e coletivas.
  • Identificar e criar novas oportunidades de negócios, desenvolvendo estratégias inovadoras e eficazes para expandir a base de clientes.
  • Demonstrar expertise em marketing digital para orientar os clientes e a equipe interna nas melhores práticas e tendências do setor.
  • Monitorar de perto as metas da equipe e dos clientes, incentivando proativamente o cumprimento e a superação dos objetivos estabelecidos.
  • Identificar áreas de melhoria nos processos, implementando soluções para otimizar a eficiência das operações.
  • Gerenciar o orçamento do grupo de contas sob sua responsabilidade, avaliando a necessidade de contratações e colaborando com o departamento de People & Culture nos processos seletivos.
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais personalizadas para o núcleo de clientes sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Desenvolver habilidades de liderança em membros da equipe, auxiliando no crescimento e capacitação de futuros líderes.
  • Realizar o acompanhamento de contratos, faturamento e previsão de receita para o núcleo de clientes sob sua gestão.
