Job Title: Country Manager About the Role: We're seeking an experienced and proactive Country Manager to lead our legal efforts in Brazil. This role involves working closely with global legal and business teams, directly protecting the rights of top-tier brands. The ideal candidate will have a legal background, be able to create processes from scratch in a startup environment, and effectively lead people, design and scale operations. Key Responsibilities: Meet revenue plans and target enforcement actions; Achieve operational profitability for projects; Rebuild and organize teams for rapid onboarding; Develop operational and hiring regulations for project scaling; Negotiate with counterfeit sellers and ensure compliance with settlement agreements and court decisions; Organize regular seizures of counterfeit goods with law enforcement agencies; Ensure legality of all activities and provide accurate reporting. Requirements: Our ideal candidate has: Experience in a management position at a law firm; Project management experience 2-3 years; Ability to build processes from scratch; Knowledge of Intellectual Property - an advantage; Leadership, responsibility, decision-making ability, multitasking skills; Fluent in Portuguese and English B2.
