Responsabilidades e atribuições
Liderar o processo de design de ponta a ponta, desde a pesquisa até a entrega final de soluções intuitivas e funcionais.
Atuar em conjunto com times de produto, tecnologia e negócios, garantindo uma experiência coesa e centrada no usuário.
Conduzir e facilitar workshops, entrevistas e testes de usabilidade com stakeholders e usuários.
Traduzir requisitos técnicos e de negócio em fluxos, wireframes, protótipos e documentações claras.
Apoiar o desenvolvimento de soluções para produtos digitais complexos e com alta densidade técnica.
Promover boas práticas de UX e manter consistência visual e de interação nos produtos.

Requisitos e qualificações
Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo híbrido, 2x por semana em Porto Alegre/RS;
Inglês avançado/fluente para se comunicar diretamente com stakeholders internacionais.
Experiência sólida como UX Designer.
Conhecimento em ferramentas de design (como Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) e métodos de pesquisa e testes com usuários.

Diferenciais :
Vivência anterior em projetos com soluções complexas, técnicas ou voltadas a usuários especializados é um diferencial.
Experiência prévia liderando times ou projetos de design.
