We're searching for a Salesforce Sales Cloud expert who also brings solid hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. In this role, you'll architect and deliver solutions that simplify sales operations, improve quoting accuracy, and support a smoother customer journey. You'll work across multiple teams to refine processes, automate routine tasks, and strengthen the overall sales technology ecosystem. Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the lead consultant for designing, configuring, and rolling out enhancements across Sales Cloud and CPQ.
Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into well-structured Salesforce solutions.
Configure core Sales Cloud components—including lead management, opportunity tracking, account and contact management, product and pricing setup, and the full quoting lifecycle.
Build and manage CPQ elements such as product bundles, pricing rules, discount logic, and end-to-end quote generation.
Create workflow automation through Flows, approvals, validation rules, and occasional Apex development.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other platforms such as ERP, billing, or marketing systems using APIs or middleware.
Oversee testing cycles, guide users through UAT, and deliver training to ensure smooth adoption.
Troubleshoot post-deployment issues and continually look for ways to improve system performance and usability.
Monitor Salesforce and CPQ updates to ensure the organization benefits from new features and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years working with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a configuration or implementation role.
At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
Strong command of Sales Cloud data structures, platform capabilities, and standard functionality.
In-depth knowledge of CPQ configuration principles including product setup, pricing, discounting, and quoting mechanics.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWCs, or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus.
Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, and CPQ certifications are preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex technical concepts for business users.
