Responsibilities
Master the live streamer recruitment workflow, source and establish contact with prospective live streamers.
Deliver regular training for live streamers to help them understand platform mechanics and policies, and continuously improve their live-streaming skills and content quality.
Monitor live sessions in real time, conduct post-stream reviews and performance debriefs.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, strong written and verbal proficiency in Portuguese and English.
Prior experience or familiarity with live streamers operations, agency management, or live-streaming platforms (e.G., TikTok) is a plus.
Availability to intern at least 4 days per week;
candidates able to commit for 3+ consecutive months are preferred.
