Location: São Paulo (hybrid)

Responsibilities

- Master the live streamer recruitment workflow, source and establish contact with prospective live streamers.
- Deliver regular training for live streamers to help them understand platform mechanics and policies, and continuously improve their live-streaming skills and content quality.
- Monitor live sessions in real time, conduct post-stream reviews and performance debriefs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, strong written and verbal proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Prior experience or familiarity with live streamers operations, agency management, or live-streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok) is a plus.
- Availability to intern at least 4 days per week; candidates able to commit for 3+ consecutive months are preferred.
