We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own our product-led growth in partnership with our product team — someone who knows how to move the needle and own their outcomes.About us:Smarter Contact is the market-leading AI-powered communications platform for real estate professionals in the US market. Our SaaS products power tens of millions of conversations monthly, helping real estate professionals close more deals using text and voice.If you’re used to depending on task queues, waiting for someone to tell you what to do, or only being reactive instead of mostly proactive — this isn’t the role for you.But if you have a bias for execution and love taking ownership of outcomes — keep reading.🔥 What You’ll OwnDrive our PLG initiatives by building campaigns that increase conversions, engagement, retention, upgrades, and cross-sells.Own in-app messaging using tools like AppCues to onboard, convert, and activate usersWrite high-impact messaging, value propositions, and product comparison landing pages that drive inbound conversionOwn and optimize in-app customer self-onboarding — reduce time-to-value, increase sign-to-trial and trial-to-paid conversion ratesCollaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align go-to-market efforts and drive measurable growthExecute product launches and campaigns leading up to it, and bring a successful playbook you can leverage.Build and manage internal and external product knowledge bases and communications for product updatesBe an active contributor in the development and management of customer advocacy programs such as user referral and/or affiliate programs.Track campaign performance and report KPIs with precision — weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearlyPartner with our success team to collect customer feedback through surveys, direct customer communications, and beta groups, and use it to create user stories and case studies.Document campaign playbooks, and external and internal product trainings, using video (Loom), and upload to Trainual🧠 What We’re Looking For5+ years of SaaS marketing experience (SMB-focused)3+ years specializing in product marketing at a fast-moving SaaS companyExtensive experience working with a US-based product in an English-speaking environmentProven success owning end-to-end product marketing campaigns — from idea to impactDeep experience with in-app messaging apps, such as, AppCuesStrong analytical mindset — you track KPIs, act on insights, and prioritize what moves the numbersSharp communicator, listener, and writer with a strategic mind and bias for executionSelf-directed operator who doesn’t need hand-holding to deliver resultsDetail-oriented, process-driven, and KPI-awareSelf-starter mindset — you Google before you ask, and always show up with solutionsProcess-oriented team player who can document, scale, and systemize effortsTeam player, highly coachable, and positive attitude — alwaysAble to work U.S. time zones, full-time✨ Bonus PointsExperience in marketing to real estate professionalsBackground in direct-response copywriting⚡️ Why Smarter Contact?USD base compensation15 days PTO + 5 sick days + 10 floating holidaysHigh autonomy, fast execution, and a CMO who actually values great marketingFull ownership over your work — real impact, not just ticketsProfessional development benefitHealth & wellness benefitRemote-first team with a strong performance cultureThis opportunity is offered as a full-time independent contractor role🚫 Please Don’t Apply If:You don’t meet the minimum product marketing experienceYou’ve never run a product marketing campaign from start to finishNo experience working for a SaaS companyYou need micromanagement or daily check-ins to be productiveYou prefer a low-pressure, low-output environmentYou’re not fluent in English or are uncomfortable communicating directly with cross-functional teams🚀 Ready to grow with us?We’re looking for a proven product marketer ready to build the next chapter of their career — and stay for the long haul.
