Job Title Onsite Doa Dap Mgt Specialist This role is responsible for delivering service project design and implementation onsite. Candidates must have strong local market knowledge and analytical skills to develop onsite business plans based on user needs and market characteristics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with headquarters to implement service projects locally, managing Doa (Defect At Origin) and Dap (Return Due To Regret/Non-Technical Problems) indicators for cell phones sold through major retailers. Key Responsibilities Develop Onsite Service Business Plans: The ideal candidate will analyze local market data and user needs to develop effective onsite service business plans that drive sales growth. Collaborate with Headquarters: This role requires close collaboration with the global headquarters to ensure seamless implementation of service projects locally. Manage Doa and Dap Indicators: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Doa and Dap indicators for cell phones sold through major retailers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
