Warehouse Team Lead Job Summary: A Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of operational staff in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct their team to achieve high productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Leading the team and distributing tasks to ensure maximum efficiency Providing performance and behavioral feedback to team members Guiding staff on special customer expectations Coordinating loading and unloading activities, including vehicle checks and assembly teams Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and reporting accidents and incidents Ensuring equipment and infrastructure are available Participating in inventory activities and conducting safety briefings Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Experience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality and productivity Proficiency in using office software, including Excel, Word and PPT Availability to work shifts in Guarulhos, SP Essential Skills: Leadership Communication Team Management Time Management Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a team lead or supervisor Knowledge of inventory management systems
