Warehouse Team LeadJob Summary:A Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of operational staff in a fast-paced warehouse environment.The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct their team to achieve high productivity and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Leading the team and distributing tasks to ensure maximum efficiencyProviding performance and behavioral feedback to team membersGuiding staff on special customer expectationsCoordinating loading and unloading activities, including vehicle checks and assembly teamsMaintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and reporting accidents and incidentsEnsuring equipment and infrastructure are availableParticipating in inventory activities and conducting safety briefingsRequirements:Bachelor degree or equivalent experienceExperience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality and productivityProficiency in using office software, including Excel, Word and PPTAvailability to work shifts in Guarulhos, SPEssential Skills:LeadershipCommunicationTeam ManagementTime ManagementPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience as a team lead or supervisorKnowledge of inventory management systems
