Position Challenges
This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.
Responsibilities
Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
Collaborate with development, production, and purchasing teams to implement improvements
Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Lead training sessions on quality and safety policies
Ensure compliance with global regulations and eco-friendly standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
Solid background in quality management systems, functional, durability, and safety inspections and quality audits.
Strong knowledge in analyze root causes of defects thought tools and methodologies such as FMEA, MASP, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5W2H, A3, SWOT
Experience in a similar industry (field experience highly valued)
Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, ABNT NBR 103717, IEC 60335-2-24, INMETRO
Advanced English proficiency (will be tested)
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
Experience in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., NX)
Availability to international travel
Valid passport
