Job Overview The Commercial Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement merchant-facing promotional strategies aligned with the platform's overall business objectives, focusing on user conversion, order growth, and sustainable merchant profitability. Support pricing and incentive strategy design by analyzing key cost and value drivers, ensuring competitive pricing perception for users while protecting merchant profit margins. Analyze user behavior, merchant performance, and campaign effectiveness data to identify pain points and growth opportunities, and continuously optimize strategic actions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Pricing, and Operations to ensure alignment and flawless execution of partner strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities, and provide timely strategic adjustments based on these insights. Requirements To excel in this role, you must possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills to break down complex problems and propose structured, data-driven solutions. Additionally, you should have solid business acumen with the ability to manage cross-team alignment and navigate commercial trade-offs. Experience working in dynamic, high-growth environments is essential, along with adaptability and ownership. Effective communication skills are required to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners. E-commerce, food delivery, fintech, or platform-based business experience is highly valued.
