Purpose and Impact:

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will impact directly on the strategic side of Sales, contributing to the company’s growth by turning data into insights and action


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales Forecasting: Assist in developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and distribute regular sales reports to key stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
  • CRM Management: Administer the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) by ensuring data accuracy, creating custom reports, and providing user support.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales team performance against targets and KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sales Tools Support: Provide training and support to sales team members on sales tools and technologies, ensuring maximum utilization and effectiveness.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by sales leadership to address specific business questions or challenges.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
  • Process Documentation: Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.


Attitude and Background:

  • Advanced level of English;
  • Experience in sales operations and business analysis;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI;
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (experience with Oracle NetSuite would be a plus);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
