Sobre a vaga Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Java Sênior para atuar em projetos de alta complexidade, com foco em escalabilidade, performance, arquitetura distribuída e boas práticas de engenharia de software. Procuramos alguém com forte domínio técnico, autonomia, capacidade analítica e que goste de resolver problemas reais em ambientes de alta performance. Além das competências técnicas, valorizamos profissionais que saibam trabalhar em ambientes colaborativos , com comunicação clara e boa interação com o time.
Responsabilidades
Desenvolver e evoluir aplicações Java de alta disponibilidade e baixa latência.
Participar de decisões de arquitetura, propondo soluções escaláveis e resilientes.
Implementar microsserviços com padrões modernos.
Atuar na otimização de performance (GC tuning, profiling, métricas, tracing).
Realizar code reviews.
Integrar sistemas internos e externos via APIs REST, Web Sockets, mensageria e serviços distribuídos.
Garantir qualidade do software com testes automatizados (unitários, integração, carga).
Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes de produto, QA, Dev Ops e SRE.
Requisitos técnicos Java 11+ (preferencialmente Java 17 ou superior) Sólida experiência com Spring Boot e seu ecossistema Conhecimento em APIs REST e arquiteturas de microsserviços Experiência com bancos relacionais (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Oracle) Domínio de Docker , CI/CD e pipelines de deploy Sólido entendimento de concurrency , threads , JVM , GC , memory leaks e profiling Testes automatizados (JUnit, Mockito)
Experiência prática com paralelismo e otimização de sistemas para atingir baixa latência .
Diferenciais:
Experiência com sistemas financeiros, trading ou outros domínios que exigem latência mínima.
Conhecimento de mensageria (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Active MQ) e sistemas distribuídos . Prática com Dev Ops e ferramentas de monitoramento (Grafana, Prometheus, Data Dog). Experiência com linguagens como Kotlin ou C++.
GRPC e Protocol buffers.
