Experiência comprovada de 3+ anos como BDR Outbound ou em função similar no desenvolvimento de negócios;Histórico sólido de atingimento ou superação de metas de geração de leads e qualificação;Habilidade excepcional em comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco em construir relacionamentos;Forte capacidade de negociação e influência;Proatividade e inquietude;Ter domínio da metodologia de SPIN Selling;Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente 2 vezes na semana (nosso escritório fica na Av. Paulista);Não é obrigatório, mas será muito legal se você tiver:Experiência em startup;Experiência com vendas B2B e B2C;Experiência com contadores.Experiência com HubSpot.Executar atividades de prospecção ativa (outbound) para identificar e qualificar leads de alto valor;Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para engajar decisores de empresas-alvo;Realizar chamadas frias (cold calls), envio de e-mails personalizados e interações via LinkedIn/whatsapp para conectar-se com potenciais clientes;Colaborar com o time de vendas para transferir leads qualificados e garantir a continuidade do funil de vendas;Manter o CRM atualizado com informações precisas sobre leads, status de negociações e atividade de follow-up;Analisar métricas de desempenho e ajustar a abordagem para maximizar a eficiência de conversão de leads;Ser um mentor para outros BDRs, oferecendo suporte e compartilhando melhores práticas;Acompanhar tendências de mercado e ajustar estratégias de prospecção de acordo com as necessidades do negócio.
