We are looking for Chatbot Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career.


In this role you will:

Identified the scope and feasibility for the implementation

Developing Kore AI and other Bot and Bot capabilities

Support and maintenance of Bots

Architectural knowledge on Bots

AI/ML Model creation/development

Design, coding, testing & maintaining the bots.

Working on Architectural solution and feasibility analysis. Adding Automation in env.

And much better if you stand out for:

Programming Language: JavaScript, Node JS, Python

Omnichannel Chat Bot delivery in multiple projects

Expertise in AI/ML – Intent & Entities Modelling, NLU Utterances

Expertise in Automation

Design, coding, testing & maintaining the bots.

Defining end to end process automation development and strategy.

Understanding and experience of Agile methodology, Scrum

Technical Leadership of the team – requirement mapping, guide developers, quality control of technical deliverables

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, having presented design thought leadership to diverse audiences, from client executives to technical team members


Desirable Skills:

Kore.AI bot understanding/hands-on

Conversational Design.

Understanding/experience on Conversational AI platforms like Kore.ai is a plus

Experience in either of the verticals is a plus - Media or Information Services
