**Principais atividades**:

- Desenvolver e manter chatbots para WhatsApp;
- Criar e otimizar fluxos de conversação;
- Resolver problemas técnicos para melhorar a eficiência dos chatbots;
- Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para entender as necessidades dos clientes e implementar soluções;
- Analisar o funil de conversação e identificar oportunidades de melhorias.

- Conhecimentos sólidos em lógica de programação;
- Experiência comprovada em resolução de problemas complexos;
- Habilidade para desenvolver e otimizar fluxos de conversação;
- Competência em análise de funil e melhoria de processos;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em português.
