This is a fully remote position, collaborating with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding supportPartner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring prioritiesSource candidates using multiple channels including , job portals, referrals, and technical communitiesScreen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panelsMaintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are trackedBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
