Responsabilidades:

Configurar principalmente servidores virtuais Linux (alguns Windows) e suas tecnologias relacionadas

Executar atualizações de aplicativos IFS, avaliar e instalar patches e resolver problemas relacionados

Automatizar processos para dar suporte a fluxos de trabalho e simplificar as operações diárias

Fornecer suporte de nível 2 a nível 3 para clientes internos e externos

Requisitos e Qualificações:

Conhecimento completo de administração de sistemas Linux e melhores práticas

Scripting Bash avançado

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP

Configuração e administração de aplicativos Citrix

Conhecimento abrangente de conceitos de rede

Habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação bem desenvolvidas, capaz de articular ideias técnicas complexas para diversos públicos não técnicos

Capaz de resolver problemas rapidamente com forte desejo de análise da causa raiz.

Atuação entre 11h e 20h

Necessário atuar cerca de uma vez ao mês durante o final de semana

WFH

Operação 24/7 (oncall algumas vezes ao mês, rodízio entre membros da equipe)
