Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Server Professional to join our team.

This role involves working with customers to identify and address their Server needs, including mapping current Server landscapes, performing Group Policy Analysis, and creating upgrade or sanitization roadmaps.

You will be responsible for executing these plans, ensuring seamless server operations, and maintaining application availability.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Server case resolution, build checklist validation, image/OS binary repository management, server hardening, release to production, virtualization, Active Directory/LDAP integration, agent installation, server patching, log analysis, problem identification, file system corruption recovery, firmware upgrade, hardware replacement planning, regular server health checks, performance monitoring, resource utilization alerts, account/group creation, password reset, documentation, reporting, ticket distribution, server sizing and resolution, decommissioning, and commissioning.
  • Administering Windows Server OS and Linux OS distributions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Datacenter On-Premises environments, with knowledge of HCI Dell VXRail and standard 3-layer topology.

Additional requirements include:

  • Proven expertise in MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS, VMWare Virtualization, AD Active Directory, LAN/WAN Network configuration, and TCP-IP v4/v6 tools.
  • Experience clarifying doubts and guiding users regarding software use, availability, installation, and configuration.
