Implement and monitor all processes inClickUp , ensuring documentation and compliance Manage supplier relationships — clear scope, timely delivery, quality results Alignorganic marketingwithpaid media buyingfor maximum impact Ownbudget management , tracking ROI on every campaign Learn our brands (includingMina’s personal brandandTrivium ) to ensure aligned and effective strategies✅ What We’re Looking For Fluent English(written & spoken) with strong communication skills Hands-on systems implementer:HubSpot admin skills (workflows, custom objects/properties, reports), ClickUp workflow design, advanced Google Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, queries). Comfortable unblocking with APIs/zaps when needed. Exceptionalprocess design, implementation, and improvementskills. You love turning chaos into beautiful systems that you design, implement, monitor and constantly improve. You are obsessed with reaching excellence through incremental continuous improvement. Strong data analysis ability — spot trends and act fast.
