Job Overview
Our hiring partner is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their Quality Assurance team. As a core member of the team, you will work to architect, develop, and maintain automated regression suites. You'll be responsible for ensuring the product functions as expected, prevent regressions from reaching the production environment, and work with different teams to test new features.
Responsibilities
• Write automated regression suites to test new and existing features
• Perform manual QA on new product features
• Coordinate with the engineering teams to test outgoing deployments
• Work with support and success teams to diagnose and triage bugs reported by customers
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years experience as a software engineer
• 1+ years experience in QA automation
• 1+ years with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong communication skills
• Analytics and detail-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with React and Express
• Experience writing unit tests with Jest
