Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled UI/Visual Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-converting and visually stunning websites that meet the needs of our clients. As a UI/Visual Lead, you will collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into compelling web experiences. You will work closely with our UI and branding teams to ensure cohesion across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities include guiding the team to build landing pages, homepages, product pages, and other web pages, as well as evolving and maintaining web design systems and components. Other key aspects of this role include staying on top of design trends and sharing your knowledge with the team, as well as creating ideas to optimize sites for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of experience in Web Design/UI, preferably for SaaS or tech Team Management: 3+ years of managing teams Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing visually stunning and functional designs Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Framer, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop Communication: Excellent English skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients Time Management: Ability to manage time and deadlines independently
