Location:Latin America (remote)Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST Salary : 1300 - 1600 USDOverview We’re looking for aBilling & Customer Support Specialistto join our team In this role, you’ll handlebilling processes with precisionand provideoutstanding support to our clients,many of whom are navigating challenging immigration journeys The ideal candidate iscompassionate, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a background inaccounting, experience incustomer support, and sensitivity to the unique needs of immigration-related matters ✨.✨Key Responsibilities: - Manage and follow up on pending invoices, outstanding balances, and payment reminders for clients. - Provide constant support and assistance to clients with billing inquiries and financial obligations, ensuring deadlines are met. - Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and client communications. - Collaborate with organizations offering loans to assist clients in financial planning. - Leverage technology to enhance the billing process, including the use of case management software. - Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English, understanding their unique challenges and providing empathetic support. - Act as a liaison between clients and our firm, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any billing issues.✨Requirements: - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. -3 years in accounting, particularly in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Previous experience in a professional office environment, ideally in customer support roles. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism. - Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools. - A positive attitude to contribute to a supportive work environment.✨Nice to Have: - Experience in the legal or immigration sector. - Familiarity with MyCase or similar case management software. - Desire to grow within the company and commit to a long-term career.
