O Desafio
Você fará parte de um time sênior de DevOps responsável por projetos de alta complexidade e impacto , com foco em migração de workloads de AWS, Azure e Google Cloud para o Oracle Cloud (OCI) , utilizando o OKE (Oracle Kubernetes Engine) como base estratégica.
Seu papel vai além da implantação de projetos e migração: você será peça-chave na sustentação e evolução contínua da arquitetura , garantindo alta disponibilidade , segurança de ponta a ponta , automação inteligente e escalabilidade real para ambientes de missão crítica. Será responsável por propor e implementar melhorias que gerem eficiência, agilidade e robustez nos ambientes entregues, sempre com foco na experiência do desenvolvedor e nas melhores práticas de DevOps moderno.

Responsabilidades
Prover infraestrutura como código usando Terraform (com módulos reutilizáveis)
Automatizar pipelines CI/CD usando GitHub Actions, GitLab CI ou ArgoCD
Criar e manter Helm charts , Kustomize bases e templates para serviços internos
Configurar e operar ambientes OKE (Oracle Kubernetes Engine)
Garantir segurança com RBAC, network policies, secrets encryption (Vault, SOPS, etc.)
Implementar observabilidade com Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Fluent Bit
Criar templates self-service para desenvolvedores (IDP / Golden Paths)
Definir políticas de compliance com OPA, Kyverno ou admission controllers

Conhecimentos Técnicos Necessários
Experiência prática com OCI , especialmente com OKE, VCNs, IAM, DBCS
Criação de infraestrutura com Terraform e uso de providers avançados
GitOps com ArgoCD, Flux ou similares
Gestão de clusters multiambiente e multicluster (produção/dev)
Ferramentas de segurança e compliance em Kubernetes
Monitoramento distribuído com OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Pipelines CI/CD modernas com GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo Workflows

Diferenciais que brilham
Certificação OCI (Professional ou Specialist)
Experiência com Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
Conhecimento em Internal Developer Platforms (ex: Backstage, Port)
Participação em projetos de migração de workloads para OCI.
Experiência com práticas de FinOps e infraestrutura elástica
