As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial growth and strategic decision-making for our organization. This role combines Channel Finance and Expense Finance responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial management of trade policies, channel accounts, retail marketing expenses, and settlements. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Providing financial analysis and advice to drive business growth and profitability Partnering with regional leadership to optimize return on investment (ROI) from channel and marketing spend Supporting monthly closing, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring transparency for HQ and LATAM leadership Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal control framework Requirements for this role include: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's or MBA is a plus 5+ years of experience in Channel Finance, Expense Finance, FP&A, or related roles; experience in tech/consumer electronics/startups is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of channel settlement, trade promotions, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation Proven ability to manage sales contract review and financial policy validation Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus
