**As the Senior Financial Advisor you will...**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coach, motivate and improve the financial knowledge of a commercial team.
- Understand our sales funnel and key metrics to drive efficiency and improve KPIs.
- Collaborate with our sales, customer success and credit teams to manage a Book of Business of key accounts : handle the relationship and provide strategic customers advice across a variety of new financial products and services.
- Assessing the client's overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a product-based growth plan.
- Manage Tribal's portfolio of complex financial products.
- Nurture client base and build win-win relationships.
- Network, generate leads and grab opportunities.
- Benchmark on new industry's trends and market research to back up product-financial consulting of our key accounts.
**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of experience as selling complex financial products, loans, working capitals.
- 1+ years as a lead or manager of a team.
- Proven track record of managing high volume pipeline and closing deals from outbound and inbound
- Successfully sold into mid-market commercial accounts.
- Network of key contacts within credit seeking industries.
- Strong listening and presentation skills & experience working with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Collaborative and customer-centric self-starter who is a creative problem solver and empathetic toward customers.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience implementing and executing best practices that drive pipeline development and intended outcomes.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English required.
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
