Senior Financial Analyst We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the Sales organization, ensuring that business decisions are informed by accurate and timely financial data. About the Role This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Collaborate with the Sales organization to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives. Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, MBA preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a senior analyst or management role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
