Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Advisor based in São Paulo, SP, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Loan Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients throughout their loan application process, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and lenders. Daily tasks will include evaluating loan applications, assessing borrower eligibility, underwriting, and offering financial advice to clients. The role also involves managing client relationships and maintaining updated knowledge of the financial services and loan products offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Loans and Underwriting
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Finance and financial products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • Experience in the education finance sector is a plus
