About The Role Optimizing the company's financial structure, reporting, compliance, investor support, and day-to-day financial management across jurisdictions. Responsibilities Full financial oversight, including:Managing P&L by business unit Planning and tracking budget vs. actuals Cost control and margin optimization Business planning: maintaining updated, actionable forecasts Legal and contractual coordination:Working with lawyers and advisors Reviewing and tracking contracts, agreements, and partnerships Overseeing documentation with vendors and partners Compliance & reporting across jurisdictions Coordination with agents and external service providers Bookkeeping oversight: ensuring day-to-day accounting and financial records are accurate and audit-ready Document & knowledge management Revenue and cash flow tracking Payment operations & banking: opening accounts, handling transfers, managing banking relationships Automation & tooling: leveraging AI and international support to scale efficiently Investor & business owner communication Maintaining a clean, up-to-date dataroom Requirements & Advantages 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish advantage) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage processes hands-on Comfortable with new technologies, automation tools, and AI (early adopter mindset is an advantage) Experience in gambling, gaming, or B2C industries advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
