Horário de Trabalho: Seg a Sex das 09 hrs até as 18 hrs
Responsabilidades Principais
Reportar diretamente à Diretoria, fornecendo informações financeiras estratégicas e de apoio à tomada de decisão.
Elaborar, consolidar e analisar relatórios financeiros (DRE, fluxo de caixa, balanço patrimonial, projeções e cenários).
Realizar o planejamento e controle orçamentário (budgeting & forecasting).
Implementar e acompanhar KPIs financeiros e indicadores de performance.
Supervisionar controles internos, compliance e práticas de governança financeira.
Gerir processos de auditoria interna e externa, garantindo conformidade contábil e fiscal.
Apoiar estratégias de redução de custos, otimização de processos e aumento da eficiência operacional.
Participar de reuniões semanais e mensais de reporting com CEOs e diretorias internacionais, apresentando resultados e análises em inglês.
Requisitos
Formação em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência comprovada em controladoria, finanças corporativas ou auditoria.
Inglês fluente (obrigatório – leitura, escrita e conversação).
Domínio de ferramentas de análise financeira, Excel avançado e ERPs.
Capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e forte orientação a resultados.
Perfil Desejado
Comunicação clara e objetiva, especialmente em inglês, com reporte direto para executivos.
Perfil organizado, proativo e orientado a processos.
Habilidade em liderança e relacionamento com múltiplas áreas da empresa.
