Job Title: Strategic Partnership Operations Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnership Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing stratification plans for 3PL partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive stratification plans in collaboration with business analysis, product, and frontline teams to accurately characterize partners and establish a reasonable structure. Create a systematic rights and interests incentive program based on 3PL stratification, utilizing efficient positive and negative incentives to achieve the survival of the fittest among partners and maintain a partner structure aligned with the platform's development requirements. Design medium- and long-term strategies for partners, working closely with frontline teams to help high-quality partners scale reasonably and achieve a win-win situation between partner revenue and the platform. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions. Prioritized candidates with over 3 years of experience in B-end and D-end strategic operations, business analysis, 3PL management, etc. Strong data analysis and communication-coordination skills required. Familiarity with building incentive systems and scoring systems, as well as SQL skills, is preferred. Relevant work experience in formulating fulfillment and delivery strategies, rider management, etc., is necessary. Familiarity with fulfillment and delivery management under crowdsourcing and franchise models also required. Proficiency in English, used as the primary working language.
